On December 12, Ilise Friedman, Village Rising Founder, and Eleanor Shriver, representing the Players Philanthropy Fund, spoke to the Westlake Village city council-members and the public in attendance, introducting Village Rising and PPF and the role they play in providing assistance to members of the Woolsey and Hill fires.
